Avery’s Speciality

My focus on water will be how it effects the human body and what people can do to improve their health. Water can affect your physical and mental well being. I will share facts and videos on how water benefits your life style and what can be done to improve it. Water can have positive and negative affects on a persons health depending on the source. I will discuss how much water people should drink a day and other interesting facts that help keep a person functioning properly. The human body consists of 70% water. This is a very simply and easy way to keep your body healthy!

    Good direction. Can you indicate the categories of your post? Can you also supply a source of information about your specialty? It always amazes me when I read and hear how much water makes up our composition. Where did you get your figure? What’s the best way to double and triple check that figure? How can you evaluate your sources? Good luck!
