I will share facts and videos on how water benefits your life style and what can be done to improve it. Water can have positive and negative affects on a persons health depending on the source. I will discuss how much water people should drink a day and other interesting facts that help keep a person functioning properly. The human body consists of 70% water. This is a very simply and easy way to keep your body healthy!
